We had so much fun. Very impressed by the structure and the design. Employees were very helpful and friendly. I was a little disappointed with not being able to get a lock. Didn't know about that until I got there.
Once we located the Umeda building it was a straight forward process to head to ticket counter and verify our online booking. Loved to sky deck views & not to busy. Later enjoyed a coffee on lower deck before heading to the art installation in the west tower. The 3D video was amazing and loved the artwork. All in all amazing experience
There were lots of people but I liked how organized and quick our wait was for our turn in the elevator. I also appreciated that the staff spoke English and was able to answer our questions. The viewing deck was wonderful! It was great to see the city lights and to take pictures. Was nicely maintained. It was easy to exit too (no more waiting in line). Thank you!
It took some effort to reserve/but tickets with Headout, but it was well worth it. It was an incredible view from an incredible building. Additionally, the art museum was very nice, too. Beautiful (relatively) contemporary buddhistic pieces of art, with a 3D movie introduction.
The clean lines of the buildings, the experience of the elevators linking the two buildings, being able to walk outside at the top were all highlights in that trip
Wonderful experience Easy access Accommodating staffs
Great view. No waiting. Good price

Everyone was happy, The theme park was completely outwordly and super!!! Stuff was incredibly kind!! Just perfection and one of my favourite memories of my life!!! 😁👏🏻
We purchased the day pass the night before on Headout - a seamless process from purchasing the tickets to entering Universal Studios Japan
It's a very nice place to escape for a day, with a tonne of fun rides and experiences. If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. If you’re just a nerdy adult with some spare time, you’ll have fun too! Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks. Lots of sweet deals online and definitely cheaper and quicker than buying them on-sit
The park looked up and coming. The various themed areas were phenomically decorated and the food was also good in a 1950s American dining. The big problem of the day was that it was incredibly crowded. It was swarming with people and there was no place in the park where it wasn't. The park could not handle these crowds. At the various attractions we did, the carts took an unnecessarily long time to leave, causing long lines. A tip for Universal would be to list Japanese holidays and expectations for crowds on the website. A tip for visitors would be to do extensive research on expected crowds before booking your ticket.

The way I bought the tickets was easy and simple, however the park is so crowded that I left after 4 hours because I could not get on any attraction, everything was full and it was too many hours to get on a game. I do not recommend this park, they should sell a maximum number of tickets to get on the rides, I will not return.

Entered without any problems with the QR code provided. Fortunately at 'opening time the line for entry was almost nonexistent. Despite the high price, I recommend the skip-the-line to enjoy the park; queues for attractions are well over 60 minutes.

The park has lots of different worlds, from Minions to Manga to Harry Potter! The estimated waiting time is precise and well indicated! We had a great day, Entrance with tickets was very smooth.

There was a lot of people, and the waiting time was unbelievably long, so we didn't do any of the attraction. But we went on a saturday of a 3 day weekend so I guess it was predictable.
The scenery is magnificent and the attractions fun and exciting. On the other hand, waiting times for attractions and restaurants are frustrating.

The park itself is incredible. Maybe there are too many stores LOL The attractions are great (Harry potter, the minions. Jurassic parc). Mario world is great, too bad there aren't more adult attractions. Restaurants are very expensive, as in any self-respecting theme park.

Great place to visit, just that this period is hot 😝. Ticketing is easy via e-ticketing & entry to the park is smooth
The ticket worked without any problems. All the attractions were great, from the 4D Detective Conan movie to Harry Potter and the fantastic Super Nintendo World.

El proceso de compra fue muy sencillo, lo único que nonfue de mi total agrado fueron los horariosnque me asignaron para los tickets express, eran horarios ya muy tarde y no pude seleccionar las atracciones a las que hubiera querido acceder.
Harry Potter it's my favourite theme park...the other themes also great, unfortunately the Jurrasic Park ride didnt open on the day...
The attractions are incredible, the waiting time is too long, the prices are right, the atmosphere is great. The big drawback for Super Nintendo World is that you have to book as soon as possible, almost before entering the park. As nothing is indicated when you book at 11 a.m., entry was possible at around 8 p.m.

We loved the Hollywood Dream Rider attraction! The no-limit splash parade gave us a chance to cool off in the middle of the day. The park is clean and the staff ultra-friendly. A great time for the family (2 teens).

This theme park actually disappointed us completely. The only highlight was Super Mario World, but we spent an entire day in 35° heat to activate and use the Time Ticket for SuperNintendo World. An absolute waste of time, as the whole thing would have to be coordinated in a completely different way. This time ticket solution is absolute nonsense and very complicated. Despite limited admission with a time slot, we had to wait another hour and a half to ride an attraction. An absolute no-go. There was practically no choice of places to relax to pass the time. The restaurants were packed and the offer was very disappointing. Sometimes sleeping guests sat at the tables and occupied the places you needed to eat. None of the staff did anything about it. It felt like there were a total of two roller coasters that promised some action, two of which were out of order. And the rest were just shows.

Super Nintendo world was totally super! It was like being in a computer game. The flying dinosaur was a cool roller coaster! We enjoyed it!

Everything. The attractions, the friendliness of the staff. The bad thing is the long waits for the attractions. But it was worth it.

Magnificent decor, great atmosphere. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. The attractions are great. The only drawbacks are the long queues (over 2 hours for some) and the fact that Mario World is off-limits, even though I thought I'd bought a ticket for the whole thing.

The Harry Potter world that was so incredibly nicely built and the ride in the same world was the very best! Long lines and lots of people, but it was worth the wait.

We liked the wholw Harry Potter experience, the Sing performance and the Water World stunts. We did not like the long waiting times and the fact that one had to tegister and pay extra for the Mario rides.
Todas las atracciones geniales, la mejor para mí una de los Minions. Lo único las colas que hay en la de Mario Bros 2h!!!
I loved all the rides, i loved all the scenery and special effects. The water fountains seem a small touch but a fantastic idea. The characters were fantastic and the food was also good. I thouroughly enjoyed the park.

Buying online avoided buying oon ditr. However, there was really no line to buy tickets at 5:30pm on a Friday, so no great advantage for us.

The architecture design and cleanliness.
Very easy. Don't even need to redeem. Just use QR code. The metro pass saved us money traveling around few places
The building has the most amazing and beautiful 360 view of the Osaka city.
