Team Labs garden art exhibit. Arrived late because got confused taking the train but thankfully they had no problem with it and I could enter. However in terms of 'Headout' - they made the event sound more booked out than it was in reality. I booked when they were 7 slots available but actually on the day, people were just showing up and buying tickets there and then. But I wouldn’t have even known about the event without headout suggesting it and I guess booking in advance does same some hassle. Went at night so everything was lit up in the dark. Quite pretty. It was an experience to walk through the garden at night. But I think the exhibition overall was okay, not bad for a night out and some pretty pictures, but not spectacular either. If it's available and you don't have any plans, may as well do it. Decent for the cost.

The value of the experience was not all that unique or great. It's difficult to define art, but to me the park-illumination coupled with some motion sensors falls in the category of decoration. It's a pleasant atmosphere with spherical sounds but rather common and nothing I'd expect to pay extra for. The regular entry fee for the botanical garden would be justified

It's a very nice place to escape for a day, with a tonne of fun rides and experiences. If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. If you’re just a nerdy adult with some spare time, you’ll have fun too! Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks. Lots of sweet deals online and definitely cheaper and quicker than buying them on-sit

The park looked up and coming. The various themed areas were phenomically decorated and the food was also good in a 1950s American dining. The big problem of the day was that it was incredibly crowded. It was swarming with people and there was no place in the park where it wasn't. The park could not handle these crowds. At the various attractions we did, the carts took an unnecessarily long time to leave, causing long lines. A tip for Universal would be to list Japanese holidays and expectations for crowds on the website. A tip for visitors would be to do extensive research on expected crowds before booking your ticket.

The way I bought the tickets was easy and simple, however the park is so crowded that I left after 4 hours because I could not get on any attraction, everything was full and it was too many hours to get on a game. I do not recommend this park, they should sell a maximum number of tickets to get on the rides, I will not return.

The attractions are incredible, the waiting time is too long, the prices are right, the atmosphere is great. The big drawback for Super Nintendo World is that you have to book as soon as possible, almost before entering the park. As nothing is indicated when you book at 11 a.m., entry was possible at around 8 p.m.

This theme park actually disappointed us completely. The only highlight was Super Mario World, but we spent an entire day in 35° heat to activate and use the Time Ticket for SuperNintendo World. An absolute waste of time, as the whole thing would have to be coordinated in a completely different way. This time ticket solution is absolute nonsense and very complicated. Despite limited admission with a time slot, we had to wait another hour and a half to ride an attraction. An absolute no-go. There was practically no choice of places to relax to pass the time. The restaurants were packed and the offer was very disappointing. Sometimes sleeping guests sat at the tables and occupied the places you needed to eat. None of the staff did anything about it. It felt like there were a total of two roller coasters that promised some action, two of which were out of order. And the rest were just shows.

Magnificent decor, great atmosphere. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. The attractions are great. The only drawbacks are the long queues (over 2 hours for some) and the fact that Mario World is off-limits, even though I thought I'd bought a ticket for the whole thing.

The moving artwork with Japanese characters was unique and interesting! The egg-like sculptures made the night seem alive and magical! Headout was easy to reserve and the check in was easy. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous installations. We had a perfectly warm autumn evening to walk through the artworks. It was so calm and not too busy.

Buying online avoided buying oon ditr. However, there was really no line to buy tickets at 5:30pm on a Friday, so no great advantage for us.

Ticketing experience was very good. It was helpful that we got pdf tickets. Also the price offered by you was competative compared to others. Price was better than the actual price of the tickets sold at the venue itself. Thank you very much. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly.

It wasn't that special, seen similar thing in Rotterdam, Netherlands in the rain and cold. To be honest it was better than Osaka.
