JR Haruka Airport Express
- Tip: Check out the line and stations to make sure you get off at a place that leads you to the attractions as per your planned itinerary.
- Visitors must hold a passport issued by a foreign government and must be entering Japan as a "Temporary Visitor”.
- Please display the QR-CODE of the e-ticket to exchange the ''train ticket'' from the "HARUKA e-Ticket Machine" in front of the JR ticket gates.
- Japanese visitors are not allowed to use the rail pass.
- Haruka tickets cannot be used to board any other Limited Express trains besides Kansai Haruka Airport Express.

Harukas 300 Ticket

Umeda Sky Building Admission
- Tip: Take the time to explore the exhibits and displays within the Umeda Sky Building, which provide insights into the architecture and history of the building.
- Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Stroller Accessibility, Baby Feeding Rooms, Lockers.
- Guests using wheelchairs entering from the Kuchu Teien Observatory Entrance on the first floor must switch to the see-through escalator on the 35th floor.
- The see-through Escalator is narrow and steep, so visitors using baby strollers must fold them before getting on. If you can't fold the stroller, take the high-floor elevator from the first floor of Tower East to the 39th floor.
- Restrooms for persons with mobility issues are located on the 39th and 40th floors, with a room on each floor inside the observatory.
- You can enter the Observatory only once, re-entry is not allowed.
- Kyoto Railway Museum Tickets*
- Tip: Before leaving, browse the museum's souvenir shop, where you can find train-related merchandise and unique gifts to commemorate your visit.
